Project Manager/Editor

Welchman Keen is looking for a Project Manager/Editor to provide project management support and boost in-house qualitative research capacity.

Qualified candidates should:

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives in line with client and business requirements.
    • Manage in-house resources and project life cycles by developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
    • Provide consistent project updates to internal and external stakeholders and manage contracts with clients and vendors by communicating expected deliverables.
    • Provide quality assurance (QA) support as well as writing and editing assistance to ensure that project deliverables conform to requirements and meet Welchman Keen’s high standards.
    • Prior experience in managing and delivering technology and connectivity projects is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices will be advantageous.
    • Fluency in English is required; additional languages a plus.
    • Residency in Singapore is preferred.

Regulatory Affairs Manager/Analyst

Welchman Keen is looking for a manager/analyst, Connectivity Regulatory Affairs, to support and build capacity for its growing EMEA office.

Qualified candidates should:

    • Support Welchman Keen’s Market Access service, including researching and obtaining regulatory licenses and authorisations.
    • Assist its Technology Policy practice by supporting regional advocacy efforts and technology policy campaign management.
    • Provide consistent support and advisory to Welchman Keen’s client base.
    • Manage relations and communications with telecom and technology regulatory bodies, standards development organisations (SDOs), and governments.
    • Possess a master’s degree or higher with a strong legal background (LLM) from an accredited college or university.
    • Have a minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in market access and regulatory matters for technology solutions. Previous experience in national telecom regulatory authorities is a plus.
    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French/Spanish is preferred.
    • Residency within the Europe region is preferred.

    • Have Earned a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a relevant field. Masters and PhD level academic researchers are highly encouraged to apply.

Critical National Infrastructure (Cybersecurity) Trainer

Welchman Keen is hiring Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) cyber security experts to work as trainers for our growing team. You will be responsible for preparing, designing, developing and conducting multiple day seminars and training courses – both regionally and internationally – for critical national infrastructure.

Qualified candidates should:

    • Prepare and design training materials
    • Plan and implement an effective training program
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session
    • Apply training methods and activities to engage trainees
    • Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs for various CNI sectors
    • Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials
    • Be available to conduct periodic regional 2-4 day travel within the Asia/Pacific region to conduct training and assessment requirements, approximately 3-5 times per year
    • Have Earned a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Information Systems or equivalent. Masters and PhD level academic researchers are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Have good knowledge and expertise in specialized areas such as Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA and cyber security, any information security certification (CISM, CISSP, CEH, CISA, etc.) and any other relevant technical skills in cyber security
    • Have experience as an instructor/trainer including planning, scheduling, and delivering cyber security and related training programs and materials.

This role would be highly suitable for someone with a flexible schedule or who would be authorized to take 3-4 days away from their primary employment.
